Tim Murray

Tim Murray, 1959 student body president and valedictorian of his senior class, continued his education at Rice University, earning a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and a bachelor of arts degree. He received a master of science in applied mechanical at California Institute of Technology and a master of business administration at the University of California.

Murray has achieved several levels of management throughout his careers, serving as president of Coast Telecom Corporation and Urethane Systems, vice president of Superior Continental Corporation, product/marketing manager of Communications Technology Corp, and planning director of the Western Company.

He is currently working as a consultant at Management Uplink Incorporated in Houston.
